STAFF NEWS: LRC Welcomes New Safety Director Allen Myers

Lyman-Richey Corporation welcomes its new safety director, Allen Myers.

Myers brings lots of construction industry experience to his new role, including experience with tunnel, bridge, dam, and hydroelectric projects. He's held several safety roles with many organizations, including Kiewit and most recently with Smithfield Foods in Omaha.

At Smithfield, Myers helped the Omaha facility improve its incident rates and achieved 405 days without a recordable injury. 

As safety director at Lyman-Richey Corporation, Myers will be in charge of all aspects of the safety department and will work closely with all division managers to improve our safety goals.

Myers and his wife, Wyn, have two children: Maggie and Audrey. Outside of the office, he enjoys automotive photography, building rock-crawling Jeeps, and XC mountain-bike racing. 

Myers says he's excited for his new role with Lyman-Richey Corporation and looks forward to meeting everyone in the Lyman-Richey family.
