Contract Sales Manager - Ready Mixed Concrete

Ready Mixed Concrete Company's Jake Grimm has been named to the division's new contract sales manager. 

In his new role, Grimm will be responsible for the quotes, negotiations, sales, and coordinations of large commercial projects in the Omaha and Council Bluffs metro area. He'll also be managing key accounts during their pre-construction and construction phases of their projects. 

Previously, Grimm was a sales estimator with Lyman-Richey Corporation, where he started in 2013. Before that, he had 12 years of industry experience in commercial construction estimating and working with the family-owned ready mixed concrete business in Holdrege, Neb. 

While earning his B.S. in construction management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Grimm spent two years as an intern with the Kiewit Building Group in Omaha. 

He is certified by the Iowa DOT as an aggregate and concrete technician.
